We ship to local and international locations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping option chosen. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note also that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

For customers placing orders outside the United States that require tracking, we strongly recommend that you use a method of shipment that includes the cost of tracking.  Regular methods of shipment do not include a charge for tracking.  Tracking is an additional charge by the shipping companies.

For those purchasing classic or collector’s vinyl, we suggest you upgrade your method of shipment to afford yourself a safer form of delivery, especially if shipping outside the United States or overseas.

Custom Charges
Please bear in mind that our shipping charges do not cover custom charges. If custom charges are required to be paid by your country on any transaction/purchase from moodiscrecords.com, the customer will need to make appropriate arrangements to have such amounts paid. Please contact your local or international custom department to pay such amounts.

The Quality of Vinyl Records in the Reggae Industry
Please note that some of the vinyl records that we sell are manufactured in Jamaica, and their materials and quality control will likely have imperfections. Collectors of reggae music overwhelmingly approve of these pressings because of their raw “unadulterated” sound and authentic mixes. Generally speaking, the more you get into reggae, the more you will appreciate the sound of Jamaican vinyl. Our store does not indicate where goods are made, so there is no way to know before buying.

We reserve the right to change the price(s) of any and all items displayed on this website without prior notice.

RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted for defective merchandise and must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. No refunds, only replacement of same item. All shipping and insurance charges on returns must be prepaid by customer. There is no additional shipping/handling charge for replacement merchandise.
